Among the various services I offer, tree removal is included. I was pleased to assist a client with this service after completing a structural beam repair, siding removal and replacement, and the construction of custom small stairs.

At this job, I was called in to repair a damaged, collapsing stone wall. The repair revealed a rotted, structurally unsound beam, as seen in the photos on the left. After removing the rock, additional rotted sheathing was exposed, which also revealed a rotted structural beam spanning 30 feet, demonstrating the effects of a rotted and sagging foundation.Â
Following the replacement of the structural beam and exterior sheeting, TYVEK house wrap was applied to create a watertight membrane, effectively preventing future rot. Once this process was complete, the new siding was installed, caulked, and primed before painting. Subsequently, the remaining stone pieces for the end caps were custom-fitted back into place, resulting in a flawless finish.
